​Spanning the breadth of Honshu, Hyogo is a vast prefecture with diverse offerings. Kobe’s position as an international trade hub since the mid-19th century has given the port city a cosmopolitan feel, with an upscale waterfront, vibrant Chinatown and steakhouses specialising in the area’s signature Kobe beef.
